Depart Tirana early in the morning towards the town of Tepelenë, known among Albanians as the birthplace of Ali Pasha of Tepelenë, the Albanian pasha that once ruled over most of what’s today Southern Albania and Northern Greece. Enjoy a fresh break at Uji i ftohtë water springs before continuing towards Nivica, famous for its canyon, one of the longest in Europe. On the way, brief photo stop at Peshtura waterfall and the aqueduct of Bença. Lunch with a view above the canyon before heading back to Tirana through the panoramic road stretching along Vlora river. Return to Tirana late in the evening.
