On this day you will visit Rana e Hedhun, nearby the city of Lezha. Named in the Gheg dialect of Albanian, in English, its name translates as “poured” or “thrown sand”, referring to the untouched sandy dunes and formations along its coastline.
At times, it seems as if the sand has descended from the mountainside, while in other moments, it seems that the sea has the more active role in shaping it up the slopes. Either way, it is both a simple and spectacular sight, for those seeking rare natural beauties, of which Albania has so much to offer! After some time spent catching the sun in all its splendor, we will continue towards Ishull Lezhe. Lezha Island and Vain marsh next to it constitute an attractive natural complex for tourists passionate about nature and good food. You must try the delicious food in one of the traditional restaurants in this area. Return to Tirana in the afternoon.
